Our committee are to be congratulated on a hugely successful four-day Spring run to Hay-on-Wye (May 15th-18th) . Encountering difficult conditions and terrain on day 2, our group spirit saw us through and made for something of an adventure in the Golden Valley.

On day 3 we enjoyed the fast, winding and undulating mountain roads to Aberystwyth, a wise weather decision by our leaders allowing us dry conditions and fish and chips on the prom! Good food and typical Welsh hospitality were the `icing on the cake` and all returned home safely, tired but elated.
